WEIGHT TRAINING:

You’ll start with a fitness evaluation to determine where to begin. This includes body measurements as well as specific test exercises. Your workout plan will be perfectly customized to your goals and abilities.

AGILITY & TRUNK:

Improve your golf, tennis, racquetball, squash or any game with specialized agility and trunk training. All movement from high level sports to everyday living can benefit from this type of program.

FLEXIBILITY:

The number one injury “preventer” – STRETCHING!  Learn proper sequences and techniques to add to your workouts or purchase a 30 minute head to toe session of stretching. 

BOXING:

This is full body conditioning and solid boxing training. Mitts to heavy bag, jump rope and road work … the real deal, even some optional sparring when you reach that level.

MARTIAL ARTS:

Competition quality conditioning with blocks, kicks, self defense and or weapon training. You’ll learn everything you need and want about Martial Arts, or the down and dirty of high percentage self defense techniques, same as taught to SWAT teams.

FIRE DEPARTMENT CANDIDATE TRAINING:

Want to be a fireman/paramedic? As a former paramedic with City Of Grand Prairie EMS, I’ve put together a 6 week (2 hours each Saturday) program of solid conditioning and fitness as well as fire department specific exercises that will all but guarantee you that job. Specific exercises are based on the new CPAT Fire Service standards.
