Hey and welcome to my website. I know there are a lot of sites out there, but I absolutely know you’ll find useful and top-notch information in here. Some might be old news to you but in a different light or maybe some of its new all together. Either way you slice it, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and had coaches and trainers myself when I was fighting in full contact kickboxing, so I know it’s a service that’s well worth the price if you want results. For the accountability, motivation and just plain ol’ putting your money where your commitment is, training with a professional is a plus in the active person’s lifestyle!

People value what they pay for and I’m sure some you have paid a pretty price for your fitness trainer experience. I’ll bet some of you have been ripped off by not-so-reputable trainers and maybe the price was right but you got hurt because they just didn’t know what the heck they were doing. I promise you, you’ll never be ripped off or hurt by myself or any of the services I provide.

I’m not a body builder in the sense that you must be “huge” to be fit, I am a fitness coach. What’s the difference? I’ll make you fit for your life activities. For everyday living and everyday stresses. You don’t need to be “huge” to enjoy a long day at the park with your kids or to put in a long day at work. You don’t even have to be a triathlete or marathon runner to be considered fit. I can and will lead you to a lean and mean lifestyle and you’ll look like it too!

Just starting? I'll set you up with a complete personal training program that's easy to follow, efficient and effective. Need to update or reinvigorate your current training routine? I'll help you get past plateaus and start making progress again. Hate exercise? You'll find a personal training experience that is not only enjoyable, but you'll learn something in the process! Think you don't have the time? I'll help you find ways to fit exercise into your life, with flexible scheduling, in-home training, and travel workouts.

This site is designed so that you can choose a new workout or combine workouts to keep your gym time fresh and new and your body always guessing leading to rapid changes and growth. Some of the exercises might be new to you or maybe you’ve just forgotten them and some will be completely new and cutting edge. This IS NOT a “get huge” or “try something crazy” exercise site, but rather an exercise library for you to access and expand your regular workouts or follow one of the many provided for you in the member area. The core program routines are tested for maximum results and a continuous specific flow. I do the core routines myself and so do my clients.
