As a full-time professional fitness trainer, former fighter and certified boxing coach, I developed a boxing course for other personal trainers to get Continuing Education credits through National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) called B.E.S.T. Boxing. I am the creator and presenter for this program.
B.E.S.T. stands for; Boxing Especially Structured for Trainers. This course is custom tailored for personal trainers to learn proper and correct boxing techniques as well as designing a conditioning and strength program as it relates to your clients boxing interest. Physiology, first-aid and legal considerations are also covered in this course. 

The content is solid, time tested and intense enough to give you, the fitness professional, enough basic boxing skills and information to successfully train with your client in a one-on-one setting and in the process give your client one heck of a workout!

By the end of this course you’ll be able to:

  1. demonstrate and teach proper and correct boxing basics
  2. plan and execute proper exercise prescriptions as it relates to boxing training
  3. prevent, recognize and care for the majority of boxing related injuries
